PROCESS
Step by Step

Initial Inquiry
Upon reaching out, new clients will receive a comprehensive questionnaire via email to gather important details about your tax situation.

Zoom Consultation
After completing the questionnaire, we will schedule a Zoom meeting to review your answers. During this call, we will outline our process, set clear expectations, and verify your identity. Please ensure your camera is on and have a valid federal or state ID ready, as required by the IRS.

Engagement and Fees
If you choose to retain Michel Tax Services, 50% of our fees are due alongside your tax documents to begin the preparation of your returns.

Final Review and Submission
Once your tax returns are ready, a final Zoom meeting will be scheduled to review them in detail, address any concerns, and ensure accuracy. The remaining 50% of fees must be paid before your returns are filed.

Important Notice
For taxpayers in the 22% tax bracket or higher, we recommend scheduling a semi-annual tax planning meeting to avoid unexpected tax liabilities and ensure optimal tax efficiency.
